Efficiency Analysis of Companies Producing Motor Car Insurance Between 2017 – 2021 with DEA and TOPSIS Methods

چکیده
Trafiğe kayıtlı araç sayısının her geçen gün artmasıyla birlikte kasko sigortasının yaygınlığı artmaktadır. Kasko bu kadar yaygınlık göstermesi, sigorta şirketleri açısından etkinlik ve performans düzeylerinin saptanması hususunu gündeme getirmiştir. Etkinlik düzeyleri ile şirketlerin verimlilikleri, zayıf güçlü yönleri tespit edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada Veri Zarflama Analizi (VZA) TOPSIS Yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analizde Çıktı Yönlü CCR uygulanmıştır. yönlü modeli belirlenirken sıralamaları yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, şirket bazında oranları 2017 yılından 2019 yılına yükseliş halindeyken 2020 2021 yıllarında düşüş olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca sıralaması olarak Allianz Anadolu Sigortanın en yüksek, Atlas Magdeburger düşük performansa sahip edilmiştir.
